INGREDIENTS:
Rice: 2cups
Atukulu: 1cup
Salt
Baking soda: 1/4tsp
Oil
METHOD:
- Soak rice for 2hrs and for atukulu 1/2hr is enough.
- Grind rice and atukulu softly and kept it for 10hrs.
- Add salt and baking soda.
- Now, take a pan and spread the spoonful batter on to the pan. Cook on both sides.
- Serve with Onion Chutney
