Mutton: 250gm
Coriander leaves (Dhaniya or Kothimeera): 2cups cleaned and chopped
Garlic cloves: 4-5
Cinnamon: 1/2inch piece
Bay leaf: 1-2
Green chilis: 6-7
Lemon: 1
Oil: 3-4tbsp
METHOD:
- Grind Coriander leaves and green chilis to a fine paste.
- Clean Mutton pieces and marinate it with salt and coriander paste for 2hrs.
- After that add Mutton pieces and fry it for 10mins
- Once the cooker is cooled down, open the lid and cook the gravy on high flame to the desired consistency.
- Put the flame low and add lemon juice to the curry and mix well.
