INGREDIENTS:
Chand
Chana dal: 1cup
Coconut: 1
Green Chilis: 2
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Dhaniya powder
Garam masala
Garlic - 5cloves
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, green Chilis and curry leaves.
- Now, add soaked chana dal and turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt and fry for some time.
- Now, add grated coconut and garlic. Mix well.
- Now, add some water and cook till it softens, and water is evaporated.
- Add, Coriander powder and garam masala and mix well.
- Finally , garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
