INGREDIENTS:
Chicken: 1/2kg
Onions: 4big
Tomatoes: 2big
Red Chilis: 3
Green Chilis: 2
Bay Leaf: 2
Cloves: 4
Giner garlic Paste: 2tbsp
Cinnamon: inch
Everest Chicken Masala: 2tsp
Garam Masala: 1tsp
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Curd

METHOD:
- Clean chicken pieces, and marinate it with turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and 2tsp of curd, ginger garlic paste for at least 1hr.
- Now, heat 2tbsp of oil and fry sliced onions until turned into brown and keep aside.
- Now, Fry tomato pieces and keep aside.
- Now, fry cinnamon, cloves, Red chillies and green chillies.
- Now, mix all in the same pan and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, Everest Chicken masala, and garam masal. Mix well and fry for few mins. And let it to cool.
- Make a fine paste with the above mixture.
- Now, heat 2tbsp of oil in cooker, and add bay leaf , then add already prepared paste and fry for some time until the smell is gone.
- Now add marinated chicken and mix well. if u want to add more spice or salt add to it.
- Add some water (just chicken content level) and put cooker lid and cook until 4 whistles.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
