INGREDIENTS :
Eggs: 2
Breads: 3slices
Green Chilis: 2
Turmeric Powder: a pinch
Red chili powder: 1/2tsp
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
- Beat egg in a bowl, add chopped green Chilis, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cut the sides of bread.
- Now, heat 2tsp of oil in a pan and pour 3/4th content of egg and immediately put the bread slices and pour the remaining egg mixture on bread slices with spoon.
- Add oil on edges if required.
- Cook it for 2mins in low flame and turn it.
- Cook it for 1 more min.
- Garnish with onions or coriander leaves and serve hot.
