COCONUT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:
Coconut: half
Fried Chana dal: 1cup
Green Chilis: 2-3
Tamarind: little
Salt
Garlic - 6 cloves
Sugar: 1tsp
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Red Chilis: 2-3
Curry Leaves 
Coriander Leaves 
Oil

METHOD:
  1. Take coconut pieces, fried chana dal, tamarind, green Chilis, garlic, salt, sugar in a mixi jar. and blend them to a fine paste by adding some water.
  2. Now, heat 1-2tsp of oil in a pan, sauté mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and red Chilis.
  3. Pour this on chutney and mix well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Idli or Dosa.
