INGREDIENTS:
Potals /Parawal: 1/4kg
Potatoes: 1/4kg
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Curry Leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
- Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and green chilis.
- Now, add chopped (cut them into slices) potals and raw potato pieces and mix well.
- Now, add turmeric powder and salt. And put lid (add some water on lid to reduce cooking time).
- Cook until potals and potatoes are well cooked. (If needed, add some oil too) and finally add, red chili powder and cook for few mins.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
