INGREDIENTS:
Brinjal: 1/4kg
Coriander Seeds: 2tsp
Chana Dal: 2tsp
Urad dal: 2sp
Jeera: 1tsp
Fenugreek seeds: 1/4tsp
Rice: 2tsp
Dal: 1tsp
Garlic: 6
Turmeric Powder
Red chili Powder
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
- Heat pan, and fry Coriander seeds, urad dal, chana dal, jeera, dal, rice, fenugreek seeds and garlic and let them cool and make fine powder.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to the powder.
- Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and fry brinjals in low flame.
- When brinjals are fried then, add prepared powder and mix well .
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
