INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Kabuli Chana : 2cups
Paneer: 200gm
Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
Onion Paste: 1tsp
Tomatoes: 2 or Tomato sauce: 2tsp
Green Chilis: 2
Curry Leaves
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Jeera: 1/4tsp
Everest Chole Masala
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Garam Masala
Dhaniya Powder
Oil
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, jeera, green chilis and curry leaves.
- Now, smash 3tbsp of boiled kabuli and keep aside.
- Now, add remaining boiled kabuli chana in kadai and fry for some time.
- Now, add ginger garlic paste, onion paste and fry some more time.
- Add Turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and smashed kabuli chana and fry for some time.
- Now, add chopped / smashed tomatoes or tomato sauce and fry for some time.
- Now, add chole masala, garam masala, dhaniya powder and fry few mins.
- Now, add paneer pieces and mix well.
- Add, some water and cook until the gravy is thickened.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
