CHANA PANEER

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Kabuli Chana : 2cups
Paneer: 200gm
Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
Onion Paste: 1tsp
Tomatoes: 2 or Tomato sauce: 2tsp
Green Chilis: 2
Curry Leaves
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Jeera: 1/4tsp
Everest Chole Masala
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Garam Masala
Dhaniya Powder
Oil

METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, jeera, green chilis and curry leaves.
  2. Now, smash 3tbsp of boiled kabuli and keep aside. 
  3. Now, add remaining boiled kabuli chana in kadai and fry for some time.
  4. Now, add ginger garlic paste, onion paste and fry some more time.
  5. Add Turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and smashed kabuli chana and fry for some time.
  6. Now, add chopped / smashed tomatoes or tomato sauce and fry for some time.
  7. Now, add chole masala, garam masala, dhaniya powder and fry few mins.
  8. Now, add paneer pieces and mix well.
  9. Add, some water and cook until the gravy is thickened.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
