Grape Jam



Grape Jam - Black grapes are generally sweet tangy in taste and are very healthy. This home made grape jam can be stored in refrigerator for a month. This delicious jam can be paired on everything from toast to crumpets to breads & sandwiches. 😍😋

INGREDIENTS:

Black Grapes: 1kg
Brown Sugar: 1-2cups

METHOD:

1. Take a Kg grapes and clean well.


2. Separate 1/4 cup of grapes aside and cut into pieces. Make a juice with the remaining grapes.


3. Take a sauce pan and boil the grape juice on low flame.


4. Add grape pieces and mix well.


5. Add brown sugar step by step and mix well. If the grapes are more tangy add sugar accordingly.
you can use white sugar or jaggery in place of Brown sugar.




6. Once the jam starts separating switch off the flame and let it cool.


7. Transfer the jam to an airtight container and refrigerate up to a month.


8. This delicious jam can be paired on everything from toast to crumpets to breads & sandwiches.
