RIDGE GOURD PEEL CHUTNEY/BEERAKAYA TOKKU PACHADI

INGREDIENTS:
Ridge gourd peel (Beerakaya tokku): 1 1/2cup
Chana dal: 1/2cup
Red Chilis: 4-6
Tamarind: little
Mustard Seeds 
Urad Dal
Curry leaves
Salt
Sugar: 1tsp
Oil

METHOD:
  1. Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and fry ridge gourd peel until it becomes odorless and keep aside
  2. Now, fry chana dal and red Chilis.
  3. Now, grind them with salt and sugar adding some water.
  4. Now for seasoning-- take a pan and fry 1tbsp of oil and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, red Chilis and curry leaves. 
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
