INGREDIENTS:
Ridge gourd peel (Beerakaya tokku): 1 1/2cup
Chana dal: 1/2cup
Red Chilis: 4-6
Tamarind: little
Mustard Seeds
Urad Dal
Curry leaves
Salt
Sugar: 1tsp
Oil
METHOD:
- Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and fry ridge gourd peel until it becomes odorless and keep aside
- Now, fry chana dal and red Chilis.
- Now, grind them with salt and sugar adding some water.
- Now for seasoning-- take a pan and fry 1tbsp of oil and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, red Chilis and curry leaves.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
