INGREDIENTS:
Ridge gourd or Turai of Beerakaya: 1/2kg
Onions: 1
Green Chilis: 1(optional)
Red Chilis: 2
Curry Leaves
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili powder
Oil
Garlic
METHOD:

METHOD:
- Heat 1-2tbsp of oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilis, green chilis, garlic and curry leaves.
- Now, add onions and fry till they turn half brown.
- Now, add Ridge gourd pieces and add salt, turmeric powder and fry till the water is evaporated.
- Now, add red chili powder and fry for some more time. oil is visible when the curry is fully cooked.
- Finally, if you want garnish curry with coriander leaves.
