MELONI TARKARI BIRYANI

Ingredients :

Basmathi rice : 1kg
beans : 100gm
carrot : 100gm
Cabbage : 200gm
Potatoes : 100gm
Curd : 100gm
Ginger garlic paste : 50gm
Cashewnuts : 50gm
Dalchini Chekka : 10gm
cloves : 5gm
Elaichi : 5gm
Shajira : 5gm
Green chillies : 50gm
Oil : 200gm
salt
Onions : 200gm
coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Water 1.25ltr

Method :

  1. Soak rice in water for 15mins
  2. Cut vegetables into medium size.
  3. take a pan , heat oil or dalda . Add dalchini chekka, cloves, elaichi, shajira, green chillies and onions. fry until they come into golden brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste into it.
  5. Now add vegetables and cook for 15mins and after that add curd, salt, cashew nuts and water.
  6. When water reached boiling pt. add rice and cook until half boiled.
  7. Now, put a thick pan on flame. then, put half boiled rice pan on it and put flame is low.
  8. cook in this way for 10mins. last, add coriander leaves for garnish.
