CHICKEN APPOLO



INGREDIENTS:
 
Chicken: 500gm 
Green chilis: 8 
Red chilis: 6 
Capsicum: 100gm 
Red chilli powder: 2tsp 
Cornflour:30gm 
Maida: 30gm 
Egg:1 
Pepper powder: 1/4tsp 
Salt to taste 
Ajanomoto: a pinch 
Chili sauce: 2tsp 
Yogurt: 1cup 
Curry leaves 
Coriander leaves 
Oil 
METHOD:
  1. Firstly, clean the chicken and then, add pepper powder, chili sauce, salt, egg, Maida and corn flour and then, fry in oil and keep aside
  2. After that take a pan, heat 50gm of oil then, fry red chilis, green chilis, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  3. Now, add red chili powder.
  4. After that, add curd and fried chicken pieces.
  5. Cook for some time until the water is drained. Finally add ajanomoto and serve hot.
