Basmathi Rice: 500gm
Oil: 50gm
Green chilis: 6
Onions: 2
Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
Cloves: 6
Black pepper: 1tsp
Jajikaya: 1/4piece
Anasapuvvu: 10gm
Almonds (Badam Pappu): 20gm

METHOD:
- Make a powder of cloves, black pepper, jajikaya.
- Tie a cloth with onions, ginger garlic paste, and above powder (1).
- Boil it in 1ltr of water.
- After masala flavor is dissolved in water, then add rice, salt and cook well.
- Now take a pan. Add oil to fry anasapuvvu, green chilis.
- After that, add boiled rice.
- Garnish with almonds and coriander leaves.
