RAJPUT PULAV




INGREDIENTS:
 
Basmathi Rice: 500gm 
Oil: 50gm 
Green chilis: 6 
Onions: 2 
Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp 
Cloves: 6 
Black pepper: 1tsp 
Jajikaya: 1/4piece 
Anasapuvvu: 10gm 
Almonds (Badam Pappu): 20gm 
Salt 
METHOD:
  1. Make a powder of cloves, black pepper, jajikaya.
  2. Tie a cloth with onions, ginger garlic paste, and above powder (1).
  3. Boil it in 1ltr of water.
  4. After masala flavor is dissolved in water, then add rice, salt and cook well.
  5. Now take a pan. Add oil to fry anasapuvvu, green chilis.
  6. After that, add boiled rice.
  7. Garnish with almonds and coriander leaves.
