PANEER BUTTER MASALA



INGREDIENTS:
Paneer: 200gm 
Tomato paste: 2 
Coconut paste: 50gm 
Poppy seeds (gasalu): 50gm 
Ginger garlic paste: 2tsp 
Salt to taste 
Red chili powder to taste 
Red color: pinch 
Onions: 5 (paste) 
Coriander leaves:1 
Cashew-nuts paste: 100gms 
Garam masala: 1/4tsp 
Cumin seeds (Jeera): 1/4tsp 
Sesame Seeds (Nuvvulu):20gm 
Butter 
Oil: 5tsp 
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry jeera and onions.
  2. After that add Tomato paste, cashew nuts paste, sesame seeds paste, coconut paste, gasalu paste, and ginger garlic paste.
  3. After 10mins, add salt, chili powder, garam masala, color and cook for 1min
  4. Now, add one glass of water and cook for 15mins
  5. Finally, add coriander leaves.
  6. Add butter before serving.
