Paneer: 200gm
Tomato paste: 2
Coconut paste: 50gm
Poppy seeds (gasalu): 50gm
Ginger garlic paste: 2tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Red color: pinch
Onions: 5 (paste)
Coriander leaves:1
Cashew-nuts paste: 100gms
Garam masala: 1/4tsp
Cumin seeds (Jeera): 1/4tsp
Sesame Seeds (Nuvvulu):20gm
Butter
Oil: 5tsp
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry jeera and onions.
- After that add Tomato paste, cashew nuts paste, sesame seeds paste, coconut paste, gasalu paste, and ginger garlic paste.
- After 10mins, add salt, chili powder, garam masala, color and cook for 1min
- Now, add one glass of water and cook for 15mins
- Finally, add coriander leaves.
- Add butter before serving.
