Chicken Masala Fry | చికెన్ మసాలా ఫ్రై


Chicken Masala Fry - This quick chicken masala fry is made with readily available spices. A very simple and easy recipe which can be prepared by anyone. 😍

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken: 1/2kg
Cumin Seeds: 1/2tsp
Black Cardamom: 1
Star Anise (Anasa Flower): 1
Mace (Javitri): 1 small
Bay Leaf: 1
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1tsp
Coriander Powder: 1tsp
Garam Masala: 1tsp
Chicken Masala: 1tsp
Cumin (Jeera) Powder: 1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/4tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder: 1/2tsp
Pepper Powder: 1tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil: 3tbsp
Salt

For Chicken Marination:

Red Chili Powder: 2tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2tsp
Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder: 1tsp
Salt: 1tsp
Oil: 1tbsp

METHOD:

1. Clean chicken and add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and oil. Mix well and marinate it for minimum 30mins. 


2. Take a kadai and heat 3tbsp of oil.


3. Add cumin seeds, black cardamom, star anise, mace, bay leaf and ginger garlic paste. Mix and saute them well.



4. Now add, marinated chicken and mix well.


5. Put the lid and cook it on low-medium flame until oil separates. At this time, chicken leaves water and cook it until all this water gets evaporated. 



6. Once chicken is well cooked, add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chicken masala, jeera powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, kashmiri red chili powder and mix well. Cook this on low medium flame for 2-3 minutes.



7. Once all spices mixed well with chicken, add curry leaves and fry 2more minutes.


8. Switch off the flame and transfer it to a serving plate. 
9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
