Chicken Boneless: 250gms
Capsicum (Red, Green & Yellow): 1 cup Cut into square & medium size
Onions: 2 medium size - cut into square & medium size and separate layers
Green Chilies: 2-3
Spring Onions: 1 stalk
Pepper: 1tsp
Garlic: 1-2tbsp chopped
Corn flour: 1tsp
Soya Sauce: 1tsp
Red chili sauce: 2tsp
Chili Vinegar: 1tsp
Salt
Oil
For Marination:
Egg white: 1
Ginger Garlic paste: 1tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/4tsp
Corn flour: 1tbsp
Black Pepper Powder: 1tsp
Kasuri Methi (Dry Methi): 2 pinches
Everest Chicken Masala: 1tsp
Salt

METHOD:
1. Clean chicken with turmeric and cut into small sized pieces.
2. Add all the marination ingredients and mix well. Marinate it for 30mins.
4. Deep fry the chicken pieces on medium flame. Do not fry the chicken on high flame. It will remain chicken raw from inside.
5. Stir and Fry chicken pieces. Once the chicken turns to golden brown take them out from oil and keep aside.
