Multi Lentils Dosa




INGREDIENTS:


Urad dal: 100gm
chana dal: 50gm
Moong dal: 50gm
Desi Chana: 50gm
kabuli chana: 50gm
Kidney Beans: 50gm
Soya Beans: 25gm
Black Eyed Beans: 25gm
Pinto Beans: 25gm
Moong Beans: 25gm
Rice: 1cup
Brown Rice: 1cup
Ginger: 2inch piece
Red Chilis: 6-9
Onion Big - 1
Salt
Oil

Garnish:

Lettuce
Cheese
Tofu
Chili Flakes
Mayonnaise

METHOD:

1. Soak all lentils, dals and rice for at least 5hrs. Make sure all the beans are soaked well.
2. Clean and drain with water once the lentils are soaked.
3. Grind the soaked lentils and rice along with Ginger, Onion, Red Chili.
4. Heat Dosa pan, add a tsp of oil or Ghee to the pan.
5. Take a big Spoon of batter and make a dosa on pan.
6. Cook Dosa on low flame.
7. Add, Ghee or oil at edges
8. Once it is cooked, flip the Dosa to cook the other side.
9. Now, add all the Garnishing Items on top of Dosa to make it look like a Pizza.
10. Cook for a minute until the Cheese melts.
11. Remove it from the pan and server hot. 
12. No need of any chutney.
