Pina Colada Mocktail | పీన కొలాడ - Here I am presenting a Mocktail version of Pina Colada. 

Pina Colada is one of the most famous Spanish Cocktail drinks made with white rum, coconut milk or coconut cream and pineapple juice.

INGREDIENTS:

Pineapple Pieces: 1/4 cup

Pineapple Juice: 1 cup

Coconut Cream / Coconut Milk: 1/2 cup

Vanilla Ice cream: 3scoops

Brown Sugar: 3-4 tsp

Ice Cubes: 5

METHOD:

1. Take a blender and add pineapple pieces.

2. Add, pineapple juice. Here, I used a freshly extracted pineapple juice. If you want you can use packed pineapple juice.

3. Add, Coconut cream or coconut milk of your choice. Adding coconut cream will enhance the taste than using coconut milk. Avoid using normal milk.

4. Add Brown sugar. You can also use white sugar or honey of your choice.

5. Add ice cubes.

6. Add Vanilla Ice Cream. 

7. Blend all the ingredients for 30 seconds.

8. Take a serving glass and decorate the glass edges with Sugar. Here, I used colored sugar to give a contrast look to the glass. This step is completely optional.

9. Pour the blended Pina Colada and decorate with pineapple slice.

10. Serve immediately.
