INGREDIENTS:
Cucumber (yellow): 2
Onions (big size): 2
Green Chilis: 2
Curry Leaves
Tomatoes: 6-7 (depends on sour taste of tomato)
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves
Oil: 2tbsp
METHOD:
- Peel off cucumber and cut into small pieces. Cut onions also into small pieces.
- Now, heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, chili pieces and curry leaves.
- Now, add onions and fry till the onion pieces turn into brown.
- Now, add cucumber pieces and cook for some time. and add tomato pieces.
- Cook until the tomato pieces get soften.
- Now, add some water and cook until the cucumber is softened, and water is evaporated.
- Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
