Cake Desert | Mug Cake Desert | Only with 3 Ingredients | No Oven & No Baking


This Cake Desert is simple and easy to prepare. With just 3 ingredients you can prepare a delicious Glass Desert. 😍No Oven, No baking or even Gelatin is Not needed. 💃

INGREDIENTS:

Venilla Cake Pieces: 1 - 2 Pkts
Custard Slurry
Cream
Sprinkles

To Make Custard Slurry:

Milk: 1cup
Sugar: 2tsp
Custard Powder: 3tsp
Milk: 100ml to mix custard

To Make Cream:

Whipped Cream Powder: 50gms
Milk: 100ml
Sugar: 1tsp

In place of Whipped Cream Powder, you can also use Liquid Whipped cream and follow the instructions as mentioned on the box to prepare Cream.




METHOD:

Cream Preparation:

1. Take a mixing bowl and add Whipped cream powder and milk. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Keep it in Freezer for 15mins.


2. After 15mins, Take it from freezer and add 1tsp of sugar and mix well.



3. Whisk the cream on high speed for 4-5 minutes or until high peak.


4. Refrigerate the Cream for 15mins or until you use.


Custard Preparation:

1. Take a pan and heat 1 cup of milk until it starts boiling. 


2. Meanwhile, Prepare Custard mix. Take 100ml of milk and add 3tsp of custard powder. Mix well so that there are no lumps.


3. Mix this custard slurry into boiling milk. Add 2tsp of sugar if needed.


4. Stir and mix continuously. Cook custard on Medium - High flame until it gets little thick (flowing) consistency.


5. Turn off the flame and let it cool down to the room temperature.


Layering the Cake:

1. Take vanilla cake pieces



2. Fill the glass with cake pieces as a first layer.


3. For second layer, add custard mix. Spread it evenly.


4. Fill with cream as third layer.


5. Make it smooth and spread evenly.


6. Now, add cake powder as a fourth layer.


7. Again, fill with custard mix as a fifth layer.


8. Lastly, fill with cream and make it smooth.


9. Take some cream in piping bag and decorate the top and add some spinkles.



10. Refrigerate before serving. If it is prepared a day before and refrigerated overnight, the cake desert tastes better.



Tips:

1. For cream preparation, here I used powdered whipped cream and followed the steps as mentioned on the box. 
2. You can also liquid whipped cream in place of powdered whipped cream.
3. If custard mix gets thick, re-heat it for a minute by adding little milk to get the desired consistency.
