Arbi Mutton | మటన్ చేమదుంప


Arbi Mutton is a combination of Colocasia (Arbi / Chemadumpa) & mutton will give you a delicious taste and You will crave for more and more. 😋😋

INGREDIENTS:
 

Mutton: 1/4kg 
Arbi / Colocasia / Chema dumpa: 150gms, You can add more as of your choice
Onions: 1 chopped
Ginger garlic Paste: 2tbsp 
Cardamom: 3 
Cloves: 5 
Bay leaf: 2 
Pepper: 1/2tsp 
Turmeric: 1/4tsp 
Red chili powder: 1tsp 
Coriander powder: 1/2tsp 
Curd: 1/4cup 
salt 
Coriander leaves


METHOD:
  1. Take a pan and heat Oil. Add green chilis and saute them.

    2. Now add finely chopped onions.


3. Add Pepper seeds, bay leaf, cloves and cardamom. Mix well and saute until onions turn into golden color.


4. Now add cleaned mutton pieces and mix well.


5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix well.



6. Put the lid and cook it on medium flame until oil separates.


7. Add coriander (dhaniya) Powder .


8. Add curd. Mix well on low flame.


9. Put the lid and cook it on medium flame until water evaporates. 
10. Once mutton is well cooked, add arbi pieces and mix well. Put the lid and cook it on low flame for atleast 5 minutes so that arbi mixes well with gravy.


11. Now add, two glasses of water and stir well. Put the lid and cook gravy on medium flame until arbi and mutton become soft. 


12. Mutton and Arbi well cooked. And the gravy also came to desired consistency.


13. Now add, coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with rice or roti.
