Mutton: 1/2kg
Turmeric: 1tsp
Ginger garlic: 1tbsp

White poppy seeds (gasalu): 1/2tsp

Aniseed (sompu): 1tsp

Coconut grated: half
Tomatoes: 3
Potatoes: 4 (peeled and cut into half)

METHOD:
- Clean mutton and marinate with salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste.
- Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan. Fry cloves, pepper, coriander seeds, sompu, poppy seeds and red Chilis. Mix well and fry for some time.
- Now, add onions and fry.
- After that, add grated coconut and tomato pieces.
- Now, Grind above fried mixture.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker and fry mutton pieces and Potato pieces.
- After that add Above masala paste, salt
- Add sufficient water and put the lid. Cook it for 4-6whistles and turn off the stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
