RAMBO CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS: 

Chicken leg pieces: 4 
Onion grated: 50gm 
Curd: 1/2cup 
Ginger garlic paste to taste as u required 
Red chili powder: to taste 
Chironji
Cashew nuts
White Poppy Seeds: 10gm 
Cardamom powder: pinch 
Garam masala powder: 1tsp 
Turmeric 
Salt 
Oil 
Coriander leaves 

Method:
  1. Fry chironji, cashews, poppy seeds and powder them.
  2. Heat oil in cooker and fry onions until it turns into brown.
  3. After that, add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, chicken leg pieces and curd and mix well.
  4. After that, add cashew powder and cook it for 2mins and add garam masala, cardamom powder and 2 glasses of water
  5. Put lid and cook it for 1 whistle.
  6. After some time, open the lid and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
