Chicken leg pieces: 4
Onion grated: 50gm
Curd: 1/2cup
Ginger garlic paste to taste as u required
Red chili powder: to taste
Chironji
Cashew nuts
White Poppy Seeds: 10gm
Cardamom powder: pinch
Garam masala powder: 1tsp
Turmeric
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves
Method:
- Fry chironji, cashews, poppy seeds and powder them.
- Heat oil in cooker and fry onions until it turns into brown.
- After that, add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, chicken leg pieces and curd and mix well.
- After that, add cashew powder and cook it for 2mins and add garam masala, cardamom powder and 2 glasses of water
- Put lid and cook it for 1 whistle.
- After some time, open the lid and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
