Boneless chicken: 400gm
Ginger garlic (paste and kheema): as required
Red chili powder: to taste
Maida: 2tsp
corn flour: 2tsp
Green Chilis :6
Tasting salt: 1/4tsp
White pepper powder: 1/4tsp
Cashew nuts fried: 20gm
Egg: 1
Salt
Coriander leaves
Oil
METHOD:
- Take boneless chicken into a bowl and add salt, chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, maida, corn flour, egg and mix well and marinate for 20mins
- Take a pan, heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces.
- Take another pan, heat oil of 2tsp.
- Fry ginger garlic kheema, green chillies.
- After that add small glass of water and salt, chili powder, tasting salt, pepper powder and mix well.
- After that add fried chicken pakodi and kaju.
- Cook it in medium flame until the water is evaporated.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
