SPICY CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS: 

Boneless chicken: 400gm 
Ginger garlic (paste and kheema): as required 
Red chili powder: to taste 
Maida: 2tsp
corn flour: 2tsp
Green Chilis :6 
Tasting salt: 1/4tsp 
White pepper powder: 1/4tsp 
Cashew nuts fried: 20gm 
Egg: 1 
Salt 
Coriander leaves 
Oil 

METHOD:
  1. Take boneless chicken into a bowl and add salt, chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, maida, corn flour, egg and mix well and marinate for 20mins
  2. Take a pan, heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces.
  3. Take another pan, heat oil of 2tsp.
  4. Fry ginger garlic kheema, green chillies.
  5. After that add small glass of water and salt, chili powder, tasting salt, pepper powder and mix well.
  6. After that add fried chicken pakodi and kaju.
  7. Cook it in medium flame until the water is evaporated.
  8. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
