CHICKEN CURRY

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken: 1/2kg
Curd: 50gm
Red chili powder: 2tsp
Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
Turmeric:1/4tsp
Tomato: 1
Onions: 1
Onions for paste: 2
Cashews nuts (Kaju): 50gms
Coconut :1/2side
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves
Everest Chicken Masala: 2tsp
Poppy seeds white: 1/2tsp
cardamom: 2  
Cinnamon: small piece
Cloves: 4

METHOD:
  1. first make fine paste of onions, cinnamon, cloves, poppy seeds and cardamom.
  2. Also make a paste of Kaju and coconut.
  3. Clean chicken and add curd, red chili powder, salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and marinate it for half an hour.
  4. Take a pan . Heat oil .
  5. Fry Onion pieces and green chillies.
  6. Later, add Marinated chicken and fry for some time.
  7. Now add Onion paste, 1sp of ginger garlic paste if needed and cook for some time.
  8. When water is evaporated add chopped tomato and cook until tomato is soften.
  9. Now add red chili powder and salt if needed and cook for some time.
  10. After that add Chicken Masala and mix well cook for some time
  11. Now add sufficient water to cook chicken.
  12. When chicken becomes soften Now, add 3tsp of kaju, Coconut paste and cook untill the gravy becomes thick as u want.
  13. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
