KARACHI DOSA



INGREDIENTS: 

Suji: 1cup 
Maida: 1cup 
Rice flour: 1cup 
Oil: 1tbsp 
Mustard seeds: 11/2tsp 
Jeera: 1tsp 
Onions: 1 
Ginger grated: 1tsp 
Green chilis: 3 
Coriander leaves: 1tbsp 
Curd: 2tbsp 
Curry leaves 
Salt 

METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl and add suji, maida, rice flour and mix them with water.
  2. Add salt and curd.
  3. Take a pan. Heat oil. Fry mustard seeds, jeera then add it in the above batter.
  4. Also add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chilis and ginger.
  5. Now soak this batter for 1hr.
  6. Take a pan spread the bater as a thin layer and cook.
