Suji: 1cup
Maida: 1cup
Rice flour: 1cup
Oil: 1tbsp
Mustard seeds: 11/2tsp
Jeera: 1tsp
Onions: 1
Ginger grated: 1tsp
Green chilis: 3
Coriander leaves: 1tbsp
Curd: 2tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt
METHOD:
- Take a bowl and add suji, maida, rice flour and mix them with water.
- Add salt and curd.
- Take a pan. Heat oil. Fry mustard seeds, jeera then add it in the above batter.
- Also add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chilis and ginger.
- Now soak this batter for 1hr.
- Take a pan spread the bater as a thin layer and cook.
