MISORE DOSA



INGREDIENTS:
 

Urad dal: 1cup 
Long Rice: 1cup 
Para Boiled Rice: 1cup 
Moong dal: 1cup 
Chana dal: 1cup
Fenugreek seeds: 1tsp 
Salt 
METHOD:
  1. Soak all dals and rice in water for 5hrs.
  2. Grind them into soft batter.
  3. Keep it outside for whole night.
  4. In the morning add salt.
  5. Heat a pan and spread the batter on the pan. Cook for some time.
