Urad dal: 1cup
Long Rice: 1cup
Para Boiled Rice: 1cup
Moong dal: 1cup
Chana dal: 1cup
Fenugreek seeds: 1tsp
Salt
METHOD:
- Soak all dals and rice in water for 5hrs.
- Grind them into soft batter.
- Keep it outside for whole night.
- In the morning add salt.
- Heat a pan and spread the batter on the pan. Cook for some time.
