RAAGI DOSA



INGREDIENTS:
 

Raagi flour: 1cup 
Wheat flour: 1cup 
Corn flour: 1cup 
Rice flour: 1cup 
Salt 
Green chili paste: 1tsp 
Onions chopped: 2tsp 
Jeera: 1tsp 
Coriander leaves 
METHOD:
  1. Mix above all with water for Dosa batter and soak it for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Now take a non-stick pan and spread the mix as a thin layer.
  3. Serve with any chutney.
