Palak: 2
Rice flour: 3cups
Suji( Bombai ravva): 1cup
Jeera: 1tsp
Salt
METHOD:
- Chop palak and cook with 2tbsp of water.
- Take off from the flame and let it cool down.
- Grind the palak to make a fine paste.
- Now mix palak paste, Rice flour and some water to make batter.
- Add jeera and salt
- Now heat a pan and make dosa.
