Para Boiled Rice: 2cups
Thick Rice: 2cups
Urad dal: 1cup
Baking soda: 1/4tsp
Oil
Salt
METHOD:
- Clean rice and dal with water and soak it for 4hrs in water.
- Grind them and add salt
- Kept it for 15hrs to soak. In summer it is enough for overnight.
- In morning, add baking soda.
- Now, heat a pan and spread 1tsp oil
- Now, spread the mix on the pan in thick layer.
- Cook for both sides by adding oil.
