SET DOSA



INGREDIENTS:
 

Para Boiled Rice: 2cups 
Thick Rice: 2cups 
Urad dal: 1cup 
Baking soda: 1/4tsp 
Oil 
Salt 
METHOD:
  1. Clean rice and dal with water and soak it for 4hrs in water.
  2. Grind them and add salt
  3. Kept it for 15hrs to soak. In summer it is enough for overnight.
  4. In morning, add baking soda.
  5. Now, heat a pan and spread 1tsp oil
  6. Now, spread the mix on the pan in thick layer.
  7. Cook for both sides by adding oil.
