For DOSA:
Rice flour: 1cup
Maida: 1cup
Sugar: 2tbsp
Milk: 1cup
Ghee or oil to fry
For STUFFING:
Coconut grated: 2cups
Sugar or Bellam grated: 1cup
Dalchin powder: 1/2tsp
Chocolate sauce: 1tsp
METHOD:
- Take a pan and fry coconut in ghee until it changes color (for 4mins).
- After that add sugar and mix well.
- Fry it in low flame until the sugar melts in Coconut.
- Take a bowl, add maida, rice flour, sugar, milk to make dosa batter. If need, water also can be added.
- Take a non-stick pan heat 2tsp ghee or oil and now spread the dosa batter evenly.
- Cook it on both sides.
- Now, put the coconut mixture into the dosa and fold it.
- Again, cook it for 2mins on both sides.
- Serve with chocolate sauce
