SWEET DOSA



INGREDIENTS:
 

For DOSA
Rice flour: 1cup 
Maida: 1cup 
Sugar: 2tbsp 
Milk: 1cup 
Ghee or oil to fry 
For STUFFING: 
Coconut grated: 2cups 
Sugar or Bellam grated: 1cup 
Dalchin powder: 1/2tsp 
Chocolate sauce: 1tsp 
METHOD:
  1. Take a pan and fry coconut in ghee until it changes color (for 4mins).
  2. After that add sugar and mix well.
  3. Fry it in low flame until the sugar melts in Coconut.
  4. Take a bowl, add maida, rice flour, sugar, milk to make dosa batter. If need, water also can be added.
  5. Take a non-stick pan heat 2tsp ghee or oil and now spread the dosa batter evenly.
  6. Cook it on both sides.
  7. Now, put the coconut mixture into the dosa and fold it.
  8. Again, cook it for 2mins on both sides.
  9. Serve with chocolate sauce
