Jeera rice or jeera bhaat is an Indian dish consisting of rice and cumin seeds. It is a very popular dish in the Indian subcontinent and most commonly used as an everyday rice dish.

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Rice: 1 Bowl
Jeera (Cumin seeds): 2tsp
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Green Chilis: 3
Curry Leaves: 7-8 leaves
Oil: 2tbsp
Method:
- Take a pan and heat oil.
- Add Mustard seeds, urad dal, green chilis, curry leaves, jeera (cumin) and saute them well.
- Now add, cooked rice to it and mix well.
- Cook rice on low flame for 5 mins.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
