Dondakaya Masala Fry



Dondakaya or Kundru Masala fry is best to have with rice. Within half an hour you can prepare this recipe. I am sure, you would definitely like this one. don't take much time, try and stimulate your tastebuds😋😍. And don't forget to post your comments... 💜

INGREDIENTS:
Dondakayalu (ivy gourd or kundru): 250gm
Onion Paste: 3/4th cup
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1tsp
Coconut Kaju paste: 2tsp
Red chili powder: 2tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/4tsp
Dhaniya Powder: 1tsp
Jeera Powder: 1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil

METHOD:

1. Cut Dondakayalu (ivy gourd or kundru) in slits (not to cut till the edge)
2. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Add Dondakayalu (ivy gourd or kundru) and fry until they turn into brown on medium flame.
3. Take a bowl and mix onion paste, ginger garlic paste, coconut paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Dhaniya powder, jeera powder and salt.
4. Stuff this paste in fried ivy gourd.
5. Now, take a pan heat 2tbsp of oil and add these stuffed ivy gourd and fry for few minutes. 
6. Now add the remaining paste (no.3) and mix well.
7. Fry the paste until the raw smell goes away and the paste turns to brown.
8. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
