Spring Onions: 1tbsp
French Beans: 1/4cup
Green Chilis: 3
Carrot chopped: 1tbsp
Onion: 1small
Maggi Masala: 1pkt
Green Peas (frozen Mutter): 1/4cup
Salt to taste
Water
METHOD:
- Boil 2cups of water in a pan. Once water is boiled then add Semya and cook in that water for 2-3mins or until Semya is cooked. Make sure semya should not stick together.
- Separate semya from water and keep aside.
- Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and add green chilies, onion pieces, green peas, beans, carrot, capsicum and mix well.
- Cook the vegetables until softened.
- Add 1tsp of salt, maggi masala, spring onions and mix well.
- Now, add cooked semya to it and mix well.
- Cook this for few minutes and turn off the flame.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and server hot.
