Ginger Garlic Paste: 2tsp
Coriander Seeds: 2tbsp
Cinnamon: 1inch
Cloves: 5-8
Potatoes: 2 Big
Turmeric Powder
Red chili Powder

METHOD:
- Boil Eggs and Potatoes and peel off.
- Make fine paste of 2 Onions, Coriander Seeds, Cloves and Cinnamon.
- Take a pan and heat oil. Now, fry eggs with turmeric powder for few mins and keep aside
- Now, fry green chilies and curry leaves.
- Add finely chopped Onion and sauté them till soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt.
- Now, add Onion paste and ginger garlic paste and sauté the mixture till light brown.
- Add, finely chopped tomatoes and cook till the pieces are soften.
- Add Chicken masala (Optional)
- Now, add Potatoes and fry for some time.
- Add boiled eggs to the curry.
- Finally add some water and cook some more time until the gravy gets thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
