INGREDIENTS:
Curd: 200gms
Onions: 2
Green chilies: 2-3
Turmeric Powder
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1/2tsp
Jeera: 1/2tsp
Red Chilies: 2
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
- Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera, curry leaves, red chilies, sliced green chilies and sliced onions. Also add turmeric powder and Fry till they turn brown.
- Now, add thick batter of curd and salt. mix well and flame off.
- Finally Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
- If you used excess water mixed curd (butter milk) add basin for thickness.
