GROUNDNUT CHUTNEY


 
INGREDIENTS:

Ground Nuts: 1cup
Red Chilies: 5-6
Tamarind: small lemon size
Salt
Mustard seeds
Urad dal
Curry leaves

METHOD:
  1. Fry ground nuts without oil.
  2. Now, grind ground nuts, red chilies (4-5), tamarind and salt. add little bit sugar if needed.
  3. Now, for seasoning, heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan, and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilies (1or 2) and curry leaves. and pour this in chutney mix.
  4. Serve this with Dosa or Idli
