MUTTER PANEER


INGREDIENTS:

Frozen Green Peas / Mutter: 3cups
Paneer: 200gm
Onion Paste: 2tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1tsp
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Green Chilies: 2
Curry Leaves
Tomatoes: 2 or Tomato sauce: 1tbsp
Chili Sauce: 1tsp
Turmeric: 1/4tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1tsp
Salt
Oil
Coriander Powder: 1tsp
Coriander Leaves
Garam Masala: (optional)

METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan now, add mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves and mutter.
  2. Fry until mutter is well fried. 
  3. Now, Add onion paste, turmeric powder and salt and fry till brown. otherwise, it smells raw.
  4. Now, add red chili powder and fry some time. 
  5. Now, add tomato paste or tomato sauce and green chili sauce and mix well and cook for some time. 
  6. Add, Paneer pieces and mix well. Now, add some water and cook until the gravy is thickened.
  7. Finally add Coriander powder and garam masala and mix well and cook for 2mins.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
