INGREDIENTS:
Frozen Green Peas / Mutter: 3cups
Paneer: 200gm
Onion Paste: 2tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1tsp
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Green Chilies: 2
Curry Leaves
Tomatoes: 2 or Tomato sauce: 1tbsp
Chili Sauce: 1tsp
Turmeric: 1/4tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1tsp
Salt
Oil
Coriander Powder: 1tsp
Coriander Leaves
Garam Masala: (optional)
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan now, add mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves and mutter.
- Fry until mutter is well fried.
- Now, Add onion paste, turmeric powder and salt and fry till brown. otherwise, it smells raw.
- Now, add red chili powder and fry some time.
- Now, add tomato paste or tomato sauce and green chili sauce and mix well and cook for some time.
- Add, Paneer pieces and mix well. Now, add some water and cook until the gravy is thickened.
- Finally add Coriander powder and garam masala and mix well and cook for 2mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
