INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Potatoes: 4
Onions: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Urad dal: 2tsp
Chana dal: 2tsp
Red Chilis: 2
Green Chilis: 2
Curry Leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red chili Powder
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
- Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, green chilis and red chilis, curry leaves.
- Now fry sliced onions, turmeric powder and salt and fry till the onions are soften.
- Now, add red chili powder and mix well.
- Now, add boiled potatoes and mix well and cook few mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
