CABBAGE WITH CHANA DAL


INGREDIENTS:
Soaked & Boiled Chana Dal: 1/2cup
Grated or chopped Cabbage: 2cup
Onions :2
Green Chilis: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, green chilis and curry leaves.
  2. Now, add sliced onions and fry till they soften.
  3. Now, add boiled chana dal , turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well and fry for some time.
  4. Now, add grated cabbage and cook for some time until the cabbage is well cooked.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
