INGREDIENTS:
Soaked & Boiled Chana Dal: 1/2cup
Grated or chopped Cabbage: 2cup
Onions :2
Green Chilis: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, green chilis and curry leaves.
- Now, add sliced onions and fry till they soften.
- Now, add boiled chana dal , turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well and fry for some time.
- Now, add grated cabbage and cook for some time until the cabbage is well cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
