INGREDIENTS:
Cucumber: 1
Meal maker: 1cup
Tomatoes: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Green Chilis: 2
Red Chilis: 2
Curry Leaves
Dhaniya Powder
Turmeric Powder
Red chili Powder
Salt
Oil
Onion: 1
METHOD:
- Boil meal maker in water for few mins. It will get soften while boiling.
- After that drain water from meal maker and keep aside.
- Now, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, green Chilis and red Chilis.
- Now, add onion pieces and meal maker and fry for some time.
- Now, add Cucumber pieces and tomatoes.
- Also add, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt stir well and put the lid.
- Cook until the tomatoes are well cooked by stirring to avoid sticky.
- Now, add some water to cook cucumber.
- Cook until, water is fully evaporated.
- Add Dhaniya powder and stir well
- Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
