INGREDIENTS:
Gongura: 5bunches
Chana Dal: 1/2cup
Coriander Seeds: 2tbsp
Garlic: 4cloves
Red Chilis: 6-10
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Urad Dal: 1tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil
Salt
METHOD:
- Clean gongura with water and let it dry.
- Now, fry gongura with 1tsp of oil and let it cool.
- Now, fry Coriander seeds, Chana dal and red Chilis separately and keep aside.
- Now, blend well above all fried ingredients with salt by adding water.
- Now, for seasoning, Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, urad dal and red chillies and curry leaves.
TIPS: First blend coriander seeds, chana dal and red chilis. Don't add water first. when it will make fine powder then only add remaining.
