GONGURA (SORREL LEAVES) CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:
Gongura: 5bunches
Chana Dal: 1/2cup
Coriander Seeds: 2tbsp
Garlic: 4cloves
Red Chilis: 6-10
Mustard Seeds: 1tsp
Urad Dal: 1tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil
Salt

METHOD:
  1.  Clean gongura with water and let it dry.
  2. Now, fry gongura with 1tsp of oil and let it cool.
  3. Now, fry Coriander seeds, Chana dal and red Chilis separately and keep aside.
  4. Now, blend well above all fried ingredients with salt by adding water.
  5. Now, for seasoning, Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, urad dal and red chillies and curry leaves.

TIPS:  First blend coriander seeds, chana dal and red chilis.  Don't add water first. when it will make fine powder then only add remaining.
