EGG BURJI (EGG PORUTU/UKKIRI)

INGREDIENTS:
Eggs: 2
Onions: 4
Green Chilis: 2
Curry Leaves 
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Mustard Seeds
Salt
Oil: 2tbsp

METHOD:
  1. Heat Oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, green Chilis, Curry leaves and onion pieces.
  2. And now, add turmeric powder, salt and fry onions till turn brown.
  3. Now, add red chili powder.
  4. Now, beat egg and pour in it.
  5. And immediately mix well.
  6. Cook till the egg is well fried.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.

TIPS:  Serve hot with roti or rice.
