INGREDIENTS:
Bhendi: 1/4kg
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Chana Dal: 1tsp
Red Chilis:2
Curry Leaves
Garlic: 4cloves
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, red Chilis and garlic.
- If you want u can add onion pieces also
- Now, add Bhendi pieces and add turmeric powder, Salt and put lid for some time.
- When, bhendi is soften then, add red chili powder and fry some more time.
- garnish with coriander leaves.
