BENDI FRY


INGREDIENTS:
Bhendi: 1/4kg
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Chana Dal: 1tsp
Red Chilis:2
Curry Leaves
Garlic: 4cloves
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, red Chilis and garlic.
  2. If you want u can add onion pieces also
  3. Now, add Bhendi pieces and add turmeric powder, Salt and put lid for some time. 
  4. When, bhendi is soften then, add red chili powder and fry some more time.
  5. garnish with coriander leaves. 

TIPS:  If u want bhendi fry as dry, add salt last. and not to put lid and it consumes oil more.
