INGREDIENTS:
Drumsticks: 3
Onions: 3
Tomatoes: 3
Mutter (Green Peas): 1/2cup
Green Chilis: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1/2tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Oil: 2tbsp
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Sugar to taste
METHOD:
- Heat Oil in a pan. Sauté, mustard seeds, urad dal. Fry Green Chilis, mutter and curry leaves.
- Now, add finely chopped onion pieces and fry till the onions are get soften.
- Now, add Drumstick pieces and fry for some time.
- Now add, turmeric powder and salt.
- When, onions turn into brown, then add tomato pieces and red chili Powder.
- Now, add some water and cook until drumsticks are well cooked, and gravy is thickened.
- Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
