DRUMSTICK MUTTR TOMATO

INGREDIENTS:

Drumsticks: 3
Onions: 3
Tomatoes: 3
Mutter (Green Peas): 1/2cup
Green Chilis: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1/2tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Oil: 2tbsp
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Sugar to taste

METHOD:
  1. Heat Oil in a pan. Sauté, mustard seeds, urad dal. Fry Green Chilis, mutter and curry leaves.
  2. Now, add finely chopped onion pieces and fry till the onions are get soften.
  3. Now, add Drumstick pieces and fry for some time. 
  4. Now add, turmeric powder and salt.
  5. When, onions turn into brown, then add tomato pieces and red chili Powder.
  6. Now, add some water and cook until drumsticks are well cooked, and gravy is thickened.
  7. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
