INGREDIENTS:
Yellow cucumber: 1
Meal Maker :1cup
Tomatoes: 3
Green Chilis: 2
Curry leaves
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Dhaniya Powder: 1/2tsp
Sugar: 1tsp
Onions: 1 big
Turmeric powder
Red chili Powder
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
- Boil Meal maker with some water for 3-4mins in high flame.
- After that, drain the water from meal maker and keep aside
- Heat 1-2tbsp of oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Now, add chopped onions and fry for some time
- Now, add meal maker and salt, turmeric powder and cook for some time.
- Now, add chopped cucumber pieces and mix well.
- when the cucumber is half soften then, add tomato pieces and red chili powder and cook till the tomatoes are well cooked.
- Now, add some water and cook until the water is evaporated.
- Finally add dhaniya powder and sugar and cook some time.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
