BARABATI WITH AALU(YARD LONG BEANS)

INGREDIENTS:
Yard long beans (Barabati): 250gm
Potatoes: 250gm
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Curry Leaves 
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Oil: 2tbsp

METHOD:
  1. Heat Oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
  2. Now, add beans pieces and salt, turmeric powder and put lid.
  3. If you are using raw potatoes, add them along with beans. otherwise, u can add boiled potatoes when beans are well cooked.
  4. When the curry is fully cooked, add red chili powder and fry for some time.
  5. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.

TIPS: Here, I used Boiled Potatoes. It tastes better when using boiled potatoes than the raw potatoes.
Also, U can add ginger garlic paste when beans are added. The recipe is good with rice or roti
