DRUMSTICK WITH POTATO

INGREDIENTS:

Drumsticks: 3
Potatoes: 3
Tomatoes: 2-3
Mustard seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Green Chilis: 2
Onion Paste: 1tsp
Ginger garlic Paste: 1tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Dhaniya Powder
Sugar to taste
Oil: 2tbsp

METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, urad dal, green Chilis, and curry leaves.
  2. Now, add Drumstick Pieces and fry for some time. 
  3. Now, add Onion Paste and Ginger garlic Paste and cook for some time.
  4. Now, add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder and stir it well.
  5. Now add Boiled potatoes and cook for some time.
  6. Now add, tomato pieces and cook until the tomatoes are well cooked.
  7. Now add some water and sugar and cook until drumsticks are well cooked.
  8. when the gravy is thickened flame off.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.

TIPS: I used here Boiled potato because it tastes good than the raw potato. Also, it takes less time for cooking.
