INGREDIENTS:
Drumsticks: 3
Potatoes: 3
Tomatoes: 2-3
Mustard seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Green Chilis: 2
Onion Paste: 1tsp
Ginger garlic Paste: 1tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Dhaniya Powder
Sugar to taste
Oil: 2tbsp
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, urad dal, green Chilis, and curry leaves.
- Now, add Drumstick Pieces and fry for some time.
- Now, add Onion Paste and Ginger garlic Paste and cook for some time.
- Now, add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder and stir it well.
- Now add Boiled potatoes and cook for some time.
- Now add, tomato pieces and cook until the tomatoes are well cooked.
- Now add some water and sugar and cook until drumsticks are well cooked.
- when the gravy is thickened flame off.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
TIPS: I used here Boiled potato because it tastes good than the raw potato. Also, it takes less time for cooking.
